These are the plain terms for working with Trails End Digital. They match what our home page says. If you sign an agreement with us, the agreement is what counts if anything here is different.

What we do

We build one-page websites for small businesses and look after their Google listings, on the care plans described on our home page. The prices are the ones shown there when you sign up. Work happens by email. No calls, no visits.

Free sample and check

Before you sign up, we may build a sample of your site from public info and do a free check of how you show up online. It costs nothing and you don’t owe us anything for it.

Sample sites

The sites under “Concept work” are samples we built on spec from public info. None of those businesses are paying clients, and each sample is labeled that way.

You own your site

Your domain is registered in your name, and you pay for it at cost, with no markup. Your content is yours. Once everything’s paid, the site files are yours too, and we’ll help you move if you leave.

Canceling

• You can cancel a monthly plan anytime with 30 days’ written notice. Email is fine.
• If you took $0 setup with a 12-month care plan and leave early, you owe the months left or $199, whichever is less.
• Founding clients who leave before 3 full paid months get the $199 setup fee on their final invoice.

What we don’t promise

• No one can honestly promise Google rankings, so we don’t. We make sure your info is accurate, complete and easy to read.
• When we help you get control back of your Google profile, domain, website or Facebook page, we can’t promise every account comes back.
• Our AI Answer Check reports what AI tools say about you. It doesn’t promise they’ll change.

What we never do

• We never ask for your passwords.
• We never write fake reviews or buy them, and we never ask for Yelp reviews.
• We never post a photo of a child without written parental consent.

PlanFit

PlanFit for Square is a separate tool. It’s independent and isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Square, Inc.

Changes

If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
